Abby started her mind-body journey 20 years ago teaching yoga and fitness classes, and has received a vast amount of training since then. She has a Master of Science in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University and is trained in Laughter Yoga, Reiki, Serenity Pause meditation, Access Consciousness, CranioSacral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. Abby connects healing practices to the brain and body to help clients access their inner knowing with clarity and courage.

Abby offers mind-body coaching sessions and somatic + intuitive sessions that bridge spiritual, energetic, and somatic realms. In these sessions, clients explore internal and external conflicts and receive somatic practices and resources for managing those experiences and strengthening their internal resources. She also facilitates 12-week Mind-Body Skills Groups, (called Release & Recharge), informed through her training from The Center for Mind-Body Medicine.

Abby has started studying CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and is an active member of the International Association for Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP), Yoga Alliance, and The Association for Bodymindspirit Therapy (ABMST). She is passionate about trauma healing and the nervous system, and CranioSacral work allows her to bring full-body presence and healing through gentle touch to her practice. Brittany Budd

Massage Therapist
785.380.0112 (c)

Brittany’s bodywork is rooted in her personal interest in how the body holds and releases life’s experiences. In her sessions, Brittany supports her clients unwinding their old patterns and returning to ease.

Her practice weaves together a range of studies and modalities, including yoga, pranayama, Chi Nei Tsang as taught by Mantak Chia and Gilles Marin, Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, and manual lymphatic drainage.

Brittany blends these approaches with an intuitive, down-to-earth touch, and she works with attention, intention, and breath to support the natural reconnection of body and mind. Her focus is to offer a steady, supportive space where clients can soften, unwind, and feel more at home in themselves.

Brittany finds joy in learning and exploring—whether through reading, traveling, or spending quiet time in nature. She loves being around animals, creating art, and practicing meditation as a way to stay centered and connected. She’s drawn to experiencing different cultures, perspectives, and philosophies, appreciating how each one expands her understanding of the world and of herself.

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2007 and have a passion for helping people feel better.

I enjoy taking an active roll in addressing both acute and chronic pain, helping clients with injuries during and after recovery, and providing attention and support to those who need a break from their daily grind.

I incorporate multiple modalities into my sessions including: Swedish/Relaxation, Deep-Tissue, Reiki, Traditional Thai Massage, Myofascial Release and Cupping Therapy.

When booking, focus on how much time you want to allow yourself to sink into the session. I will always check in before we start to see what you need most that day.

I love the diversity of my clientele and welcome all bodies because everyone deserves a safe place to let go.
