Holly Krebs
Certified Rolfer™
Manual Therapy Continuing Education Provider
Holly believes that all of these tissue types can be supported and changed through intentional, educated, and compassionate contact from a manual therapist. Hands-on healing is deeply rooted in many traditional cultures, and this ancient wisdom arises from the perceptive, sensory, felt experience of humans. Holly’s healing approach blends this ancient perceptive wisdom with modern science’s deep anatomical knowledge. She believes that manual therapy helps people live vital, strong, and rich lives, and that this deeply-educated, hands-on healing should be a fundamental part of health care.
As a practitioner, Holly empowers her clients to make sustainable, long-lasting transformations by deeply educating them, improving their body awareness, shifting their relationship with pain, and providing logistical support for lifestyle changes.
Holly Krebs has practiced as a manual therapist for over 20 years. She is a Certified Rolfer™ and has studied a broad spectrum of manual therapy with the Rolf Institute; Barral Institute; Chikly Institute; Upledger Institute; Jon Martine, a former senior instructor at The Rolf Institute; Ron Murray, a former professor of the Canadian College of Osteopathy; Gil Hedley, integrative anatomist; and more. Informed by her extensive experience and studies, Holly works with all tissue types – fascia, muscles, and bones, as well as organs, nerves, blood and lymph vessels, fluids, and brain and spinal cord tissues.
Holly also operates Kinetikos Healing Collective, a collaborative group of holistic health care practitioners in Lawrence, KS. She holds undergraduate degrees, with high honors, in American studies and sociology from The University of Kansas. She lives in Lawrence with her wonderful husband, Brett Stoppel, and their three delightful children – Eldwyn, Hazel, and Emerson.
