Brittany’s practice weaves together a range of studies and modalities, including yoga, pranayama, Chi Nei Tsang as taught by Mantak Chia and Gilles Marin, Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, and manual lymphatic drainage. Brittany blends these approaches with an intuitive, down-to-earth touch. Her focus is to offer a steady, supportive space where clients can soften, unwind, and feel more at home in themselves. She loves being around animals, creating art, and practicing meditation as a way to stay centered and connected.
